Hi, I’m Annette—florist, mother of three, and lover of all things beautifully wild and seasonal. Amid the joyful chaos of family life, I feel incredibly lucky to wake up each day and create with nature. This passion of mine has been nurtured by early mornings, a lot of love, and the unwavering support of my husband—my greatest supporter.
At Flowers by Annette, sustainability is at the heart of everything I do. I proudly source blooms from local growers right here in the Southern Highlands, ensuring that every bouquet not only celebrates Australian-grown beauty but also supports our local community. We are so fortunate to live in the Southern Highlands—a region known for its breathtaking natural beauty and elegant wedding venues. From rolling vineyards to heritage estates and garden-filled properties, it’s a dream backdrop for unforgettable celebrations. It’s a joy to design floral arrangements that compliment and enhance these stunning settings, capturing the essence of each couple's unique story.

When I receive this notification I will be doing a happy dance, all excited to flower your special day. That's correct, I do get very excited as each wedding is very unique.

Annette went above and beyond as our florist and was such an integral part to making our wedding day so special. All of the floral arrangements and bouquets were absolutely stunning. From the first phone call Annette took the time to understand our vision for the day and brought it to life so perfectly. She was also so incredibly supportive on the day, making sure that everything went smoothly, and even coming back at the end of the night to wrap all of our beautiful flowers into bouquets for our guests to take home. You can tell that she cares so deeply about the couples she works with having the best day, and we are so incredibly grateful to have had her there. We couldn't recommend her services more.

Annette's work blew me away. I could not be happier with the floral artistry she created. I gave her a very rough idea of 'natives with lots of pinks and reds'. Annette created my dream flowers without me even realising what my dream flowers were!!Her service is incredible. She dropped our bouquets off early in the day and set up the venue. She then returned post ceremony to move the flowers for the reception and then came back again to create incredible bouquets for the guests to take home!! It was so wonderful to be able to share the beautiful flowers with the guests. The smiles on their faces when they received a bunch was heart warming. We had a lot of incredible vendors for our wedding but I think Annette will be hard to beat for best on ground.
