If you are within our local delivery areas, your delivery is $15. If you don't see your postcode listed when you check out, simply get in touch and we can organise an alternative. Please order prior to 9.30am for same day delivery, or any time past 9.30am will be a next day delivery.

Order must be received by 2pm on Friday if delivery is required for a Saturday. Saturday delivery time 9am-12pm.

No deliveries are made on Sundays.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (eg - apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, Flowers by Annette will contact the recipient to arrange an appropriate delivery time. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to Flowers by Annette incurring additional fees to the purchaser. The redelivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. Flowers by Annette should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of flowers by Annette
